Ecclesiastes 7:25. My heart sought to know and to search out, and to seek wisdom and the scheme of things, and to know that wickedness is stupidity, and that foolishness is madness.

Galatians 3:2-3. Did you receive the Spirit by the works of the law, or by hearing of faith? Are you so foolish? Having begun in the Spirit, are you now completed in the flesh?

Luke 12:19-21.
 “I will tell my soul, ‘Soul, you have many goods laid up for many years. Take your ease, eat, drink, be merry.’ But God said to him, ‘You foolish one, tonight your soul is required of you. The things which you have prepared—whose will they be?’ So is he who lays up treasure for himself, and is not rich toward God.”

Matthew 7:26-27. “Everyone who hears these words of mine, and doesn’t do them will be like a foolish man, who built his house on the sand. The rain came down, the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat on that house; and it fell—and great was its fall.”

Proverbs 14:16. A wise man fears, and shuns evil, but the fool is hot headed and reckless.

Proverbs 14:18. The simple inherit folly, but the prudent are crowned with knowledge.

Proverbs 18:7. A fool’s mouth is his destruction, and his lips are a snare to his soul.

Proverbs 19:13. A foolish son is the calamity of his father.

Psalm 85:8. I will hear what God, Yahweh, will speak, for he will speak peace to his people, his saints; but let them not turn again to folly.

Romans 1:22-23. Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, and traded the glory of the incorruptible God for the likeness of an image of corruptible man, and of birds, and four-footed animals, and creeping things.
